- Lead a team of AdOps managing GCR clients, owning end-to-end programmatic strategy, aligned with client KPIs (ROAS, CPI, LTV, retention).
- Supervise a diverse portfolio of accounts within GCR, including highly complex campaigns, ensuring performance and operational excellence.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, meeting client budgets and performance goals.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts across accounts, providing guidance to AdOps and resolving critical issues (fraud, discrepancies, jeopardies).
- Recognize and escalate complex or urgent campaign challenges, facilitating smooth transitions to leadership, taskforces, or other teams.
- Collaborate with GCR Commercial team, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Ad Ops to influence DSP roadmap, feature prioritization, and operational improvements.
- Act as a bridge between commercial and technical teams, ensuring strategies are feasible, scalable, and executable.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in programmatic, mobile advertising, privacy regulations, and platform changes.
- Set and enforce high standards for strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and client communication.
- Drive internal thought leadership, creating playbooks, frameworks, and strategic documentation.
- Mentor Programmatic Managers, Strategists, and Campaign Managers, promoting proactivity, accountability, and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct training sessions for AdOps and campaign teams on strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex performance or technical issues.
- 6+ years in programmatic advertising, DSP management, or mobile performance marketing.
- Proven team leadership and operational management experience, managing complex accounts and campaigns.
- Strong expertise in RTB mechanics, bidding strategies, inventory management, and performance optimization.
- Experience collaborating with Commercial, Product, and technical teams.
- Solid understanding of attribution, fraud prevention, and privacy-compliant measurement.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and elevate teams.
