Oversee end-to-end training operations, ensuring alignment with learning objectives, course outlines, and SOS standards. Supervise, mentor, and support trainers and interns, providing feedback, coaching, and development plans. Monitor and evaluate training sessions, trainee feedback, and trainer performance to identify gaps and improvement areas. Coordinate training logistics, including schedules, materials, system access, and evaluation tools. Ensure accurate documentation of attendance, assessments, coaching logs, and post-training results. Collaborate with Training Manager, HR, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client readiness. Uphold training SOPs, compliance protocols (HIPAA, SOC 2), and escalation procedures. Assist in preparing trackers, reports, and performance scorecards for internal and client review. Maintain training quality and consistency by facilitating team meetings, calibrations, and train-the-trainer sessions.
