- The Credit Manager will lead credit risk management operations across multiple portfolios, with a focus on supporting the Americas region.
- This role oversees the full credit lifecycle-credit underwriting, exposure monitoring, receivables management, and collateral administration-ensuring alignment with corporate policies and compliance standards.
- The position enables business growth through sound credit decisions and strategic risk mitigation, while also contributing to performance management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
- The role requires flexibility to work night shift hours to align with business operations in the Americas.
- This role manages credit operations across assigned portfolios, ensuring robust risk controls and effective credit support for commercial activities.
- It leads initiatives to improve service delivery, streamline processes, and support strategic planning and budgeting.
- The Regional Credit Manager / Senior Credit Manager also oversees team performance and development, fosters collaboration across functions, and actively participates in cross-functional leadership discussions to align credit strategies with broader business and finance objectives
- Strong background in finance, accounting, and credit risk management
- Proven experience in credit underwriting, financial statement analysis, and exposure monitoring
- Ability to distill complex topics and communicate effectively across all levels
- Experience in managing cross-border teams and multi-discipline collaboration
