- Be responsible for the recruitment of various positions in the new factory, formulate recruitment plans, optimize the recruitment process, and ensure the timeliness of personnel arrival at their posts.
- Collaborate with the heads of various departments to clarify job requirements, and develop job descriptions and job qualifications.
- Publish job positions on mainstream recruitment platforms (such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Kalibrr, etc.) and maintain recruitment channels.
- Expand candidate resources through various channels.
- Screen resumes, organize initial telephone/video interviews, arrange departmental second-round interviews, and ensure that candidates match the positions.
- Evaluate the candidates' capabilities and cultural adaptability.
- Process Coordination and Onboarding Follow-up
- Coordinate interview arrangements, and follow up on candidates' background checks, salary negotiations, and the issuance of employment offers.
- Assist new employees in handling onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
