
Lead IT Operation Specialist - Meeting Rooms & Conferencing Administrator

- Manage and optimize meeting rooms and conferencing setups, including Cisco meeting rooms, Webex, and Teams Rooms
- Enforce best practices for meeting room technology management
- Maintain and improve configurations and ensure compliance of meeting room systems
- Plan and execute global upgrades for meeting room technology with minimal disruption
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to meeting room technology and communication platforms
- Act as secondary responsible for Microsoft Intune administration, including:
- Managing and optimizing the Intune environment
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Intune and Windows clients
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing meeting room and conferencing technologies
- Practical experience administering Microsoft Intune for Windows endpoints
- Experience with software packaging, deployment, and Patch My PC
- Knowledge and experience using ITSM tools, Jira and Confluence would be beneficial
