HR GENERALISTQUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.At least 1-year experience in Employee Engagement or similar HR role.With Knowledge of HR function.With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.Proven and experience as an HR Officer.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.Excellent English communication (both written and verbal)Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.Strong ethics and reliability.Potential to handle a leadership role.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Handle all administrative tasks for recruitment process/onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exitinterviews.Issue employment contracts and BPI endorsement.Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.Prepare payroll reports and update the HR reports.Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation andresolve any issues that may ariseAssist in development and implementation of human resource policiesPerform administrative hearing and prepare memos for violators.Process/facilitate the last pay of resigned employees.Prepare PMF (Personnel Movement Form) for any changes; change of department, change inposition and probationary to regularization.
