We are looking for a Finance and Ad Operations Assistant to support billing workflows, documentation, and campaign execution tasks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring campaigns are launched on schedule, tracked accurately, and billed. You will work closely with both the media and finance teams, as well as external vendors, to help maintain operational accuracy across all accounts. This is a detail-oriented role suited for someone who is collaborative and is eager to grow in both ad operations and financial coordination. Key Responsibilities Finance & Billing Support Track and organize vendor invoices for all active media campaigns (Meta, Google, Programmatic, etc.) Match invoices against insertion orders and platform spend Coordinate with finance for billing timelines, cutoffs, and documentation requirements Maintain organized and accurate records of all campaign-related financial documents Help prepare monthly billing summaries Ad Operations Support Assist in setting up campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, Programmatic platforms Monitor live campaigns for pacing and delivery accuracy Pull basic reports for campaign performance (from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) Coordinate asset requirements and timelines with vendors and internal teams Help QA tracking links, creative uploads, and budget settings before launch Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Bonus: Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Willingness to learn ad tech and campaign processes Professional, responsive, and collaborative Show more Show less
