- Build and update target lists for sales/business development teams
- Supporting the sales department in Salesforce and administrative matters
- Monitor and analyze sales team performance using BigQuery SQL to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards (Looker Studio) for tracking KPIs (e.g. productivity, turnaround times).
- Manage the execution of projects, from data extraction to actionable insights.
- Train sales teams on Salesforce best practices and ensure CRM data integrity.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual workloads.
- Cascade rollout of new initiatives, ensuring sales teams understand targets, tools, and processes through structured briefings and follow-ups.
- Create visual presentation decks to communicate performance metrics and strategies effectively.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in sales performance, business analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Google BigQuery SQL (queries, joins, aggregations).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (reporting, dashboard creation).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Project management skills with a track record of driving process improvements.
- Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or SaaS is a plus.
