- Provide administrative support to legal teams, including calendar and inbox management
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Assist with contract lifecycle management, tracking key dates and renewals
- Conduct basic legal research and compile summaries
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems and legal records
- Coordinate client communications and follow-ups
- Support compliance tracking and document preparation for filings
- Manage data entry and CRM updates related to legal matters
- 1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal
- Basic understanding of legal terminology and documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
- Experience with legal tools (e.g., document management systems, e-signature platforms) is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
