HR Recruitment Assistant

• Handles the recruitment cycle and key employee lifecycle processes to ensure timely hiring, compliant onboarding, effective exits, and accurate workforce data
• Ensures timely, accurate, and meaningful HR and recruitment reports for operational and transformation requirements
• Ensures systematic monitoring of probationary employees and timely regularization processing in accordance with company policy
• Supports and sustains digital transformation initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency and data visibility
• Manages effective partnerships with recruitment agencies and headhunters to support timely and quality hiring
• Provides hr support while contributing to employee engagement activities and HR initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources
• with CHRA certificate or license is an advantage but not required
• Good communication skills
• 1-3 years experience in recruitment/end-to-end processing
