This role requires a strategic HR leader with strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of labor laws, and the ability to create a high-performance workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and policies that align with company objectives. Lead talent acquisition and retention initiatives to ensure the right people are in the right roles. Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards administration, ensuring fairness and compliance with government regulations. Drive the Performance Management System, conducting regular appraisals and supporting employee development. Champion learning and development programs, including succession planning and career growth pathways. Strengthen labor relations by ensuring compliance, resolving disputes, and fostering a harmonious workplace. Lead corporate communication, employee engagement programs, and CSR initiatives to boost morale and strengthen community ties. Provide leadership in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling all HRD-related initiatives at the plant. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR compliance, and HR best practices. Proven track record in talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational execution and people development.
