- Provide leadership and guidance to department heads and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop employees, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
