The role The Growth team drives the overall trajectory of the business by partnering with the largest companies in the region. We're looking for a highly motivated Growth Associate that can take REBEL to the next level by finding leading companies REBEL can support and working closely with them. Responsibilities Lead Generation: Continuously source new companies and contacts that are the most relevant to REBEL's growth Business development: Engage every relevant person within a company and proactively work your way up towards influencing decision makers Pitching: Introduce REBEL's Employee Wellbeing solutions to decision makers in the most convincing way Keep organized: Stay structured and use a CRM to track and follow up on qualified leads Provide Solutions: Develop a strong understanding of our Product and ensure it matches our partners' goals by tailoring the solutions we provide to their objectives Work collaboratively: work closely with the rest of the Business Development team to drive results, develop lead generation campaigns with Marketing and strong communication with the Customer Success & Operations team Achieve goals: whether it's short term KPIs or longer term quarterly or yearly targets we need to do everything possible to achieve what we set out to do Qualifications In order to succeed in the role, you should have: Ideally, experience in a growth focused or business development role, preferably within a high-growth start-up or an industry relevant company A high energy and self-motivated personality, a team player A resilient and 'don't stop until we win' mindset The mindset of a performance driven person who likes to beat target and make a difference Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Openness to feedback and always willing to improve and develop Benefits A competitive package A flexible approach to working remotely Free Personal Coach to support with health & wellness goals Monthly team social events (virtual + in-person) Have a real impact by helping more people around the world get healthier How to Apply Does this position sound like a good fit Email us at [HIDDEN TEXT] Include this role's title in your subject line (it will help us sort through the emails).
