Our mission is to be the partner of choice for corporate growth, by enabling businesses to leverage the best global resources at the right price.We are seeking a highly capable and globally experienced Treasury Supervisor (Individual Contributor) to oversee international treasury operations, optimize liquidity management, mitigate financial risks, and enhance banking relationships across our multinational footprint.As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success. Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:Key Responsibilities🔹 Global Liquidity & Cash ManagementLead daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasting across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.Monitor global cash balances and implement strategies to improve working capital and ensure adequate liquidity.Prepare cash flow forecasts and analyze variances againsts actuals🔹 Banking Relationships & International OperationsServe as primary liaison with international banking partners to optimize banking structures, reduce fees, and enhance services.Conduct regular reviews of local and international bank account rationalization, optimizing account structures.Manage and supervise bank reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements across all international accounts.🔹 Foreign Exchange (FX) & Risk ManagementAnalyze and report on FX exposures and market trends affecting the business.Monitor and negotiate on FX to minimize currency exposureProcess intercompany loans, interest accruals, and settlements🔹 Treasury Policy, Controls & ComplianceMaintain and enforce robust treasury policies and procedures that meet internal and international regulatory requirements.Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with internal and external auditors on treasury-related audits and reconciliation processes.Drive improvements in treasury-related reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.🔹 ReportingPrepares weekly, monthly and annual treasury-related reportsSupport month-end and year-end close processes related to Treasury functions🔹 Strategic Projects & Business PartneringLead treasury transformation projects, example, automation and process improvementsLiaise with internal departments (AR, AP, Tax, and Accounting) for treasury-related issues🔹 Other tasks that may be assigned or delegatedQualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required); CPA preferablyAt least 5 years of treasury or corporate finance experience, with at least 2 years in international operations.Strong hands-on experience in bank reconciliation and reconciliation management across multiple accounts and currencies.Solid understanding of global cash management, FX exposure, intercompany, and banking rules.Strong MS Excel skillsKey Skills & Competencies:Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.Cross-cultural communication skills and experience working across time zones.Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-growing, or ambiguous environments.Detail-oriented with strong expertise in bank and cash reconciliation processes.Join the A-Team and experience the A-Life!
