The ideal candidate is confident, results-driven, and capable of engaging effectively with senior decision-makers across various industries. Key Responsibilities Make 150 outbound calls daily to prospective global and local clients to promote conferences and training events. Generate 50-100 quality leads per day through research and pipeline building. Send at least 10 qualified information packs daily and report leads to the Sales Director. Maintain accurate client interaction records using CRM and call sheets. Conduct company and decision-maker research before 8:30 AM daily. Send a minimum of 12 follow-up emails daily. Present event value propositions to key decision-makers and close deals. Achieve a monthly sales target of $12K in revenue and meet all KPIs. Maintain at least 2.5 hours of active phone time per day. Handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field. 6 months to 1 year of telesales experience in corporate sales, preferably in events, training, or seminars. Proven experience handling both global and local clients. Excellent English communication skills-written and verbal. Strong cold calling, objection handling, and deal-closing skills. Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM tools. Strong research skills, business acumen, and industry knowledge (e.g., IT, HR, General Management).
