The Automation Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining automation solutions to improve operational efficiency across business processes. This includes building workflow automations using Microsoft Power Automate and developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting automation issues, and staying updated with emerging automation technologies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Development:Design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions using Power Automate.Build and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.Collaborate with development teams to integrate automation into existing systems.Create technical documentation for automation processes and solutions.Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and performance of automation scripts.Stay informed on emerging technologies in automation, chatbots, and AI.Support:Provide L2 support for deployed automations, handling issues raised by stakeholders or project managers.Implement preventive actions for recurring issues and propose continuous improvements.MUST-HAVE SKILLS & TOOLS:Microsoft O365 Cloud Services: Power Automate (Cloud Flow & Desktop), SharePoint, SharePoint List, Power BI, OneDriveRPA Tools: UiPath Studio, UiPath OrchestratorScripting & Automation: PowerShellStrong documentation and communication skills in English (verbal & written)GOOD-TO-HAVE SKILLS:Programming Languages: Python, C#, VB.NET, VBScriptDevOps & Automation Tools: Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, Terraform, Automation HubFrameworks: Agile Scrum, KanbanUiPath Certification is preferredQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesIndependent, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervisionExcellent team collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
