Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end implementation and support for Oracle Cloud / Fusion modules Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver best-in-class solutions Configure, test, and deploy Oracle applications across financial, HCM, EPM, and SCM areas Lead and mentor junior consultants (Manager / Director roles) Support post-implementation enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives Modules in Demand Oracle Fusion (Technical & Functional roles) Financials HCM EPM SCM Qualifications Relevant experience required per level: Consultant: 5-7 years Assistant Manager: 8-10 years Manager: 10+ years Director / Tech Lead / Solution Architect: 12-15+ years Strong technical or functional expertise in relevant Oracle Cloud/Fusion modules End-to-end project implementation experience Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Oracle Cloud / Fusion certifications Multi-module expertise or cross-functional exposure Experience leading project teams for senior roles Work Location: Makati Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite on the first, 1-2x onsite on 2nd year onwards) Full-time and Direct Hire Show more Show less
