Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely month-end close while leveraging SAP S/4HANA to support treasury processes and financial reporting. 🚀Key ResponsibilitiesPerform and review MT940 uploads and bank interface processing in SAPPrepare and validate payment proposals for trade, non-trade, intercompany, and loan paymentsProcess and review check cutting, telegraphic transfers, and supplier financing paymentsPrepare and analyze disbursement reports, payment reconciliations, and collection receiptsPerform fund transfer bookings, clearing entries, and bank reconciliationsPrepare daily bank balances, consolidated statements, and month-end bank reportsManage SBBS present & pay, bank uploads, and clearing of unclaimed/unreleased checksPrepare balance sheet schedules, accruals, and adjusting entries for GL accountsMonitor departmental closing status and parked documentsUpload month-end exchange rates and post bank charges/treasury expensesPrepare GL business review and management reportsSupport audits and internal control reviewsGuide analysts on cash and GL processesQualifications3–5 years of hands-on experience in cash management and GL accountingStrong expertise in SAP S/4HANAKnowledge of bank reconciliations, payment processing, and treasury controlsUnderstanding of intercompany accounting, loan accounting, and accrual accountingStrong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skillsAdvanced Excel and financial reporting capabilities
