To ensure legal compliance, secure permits and licenses, draft and review contracts, and advise on legal risks related to the company’s operations, especially in real estate development projects. Acts as company liaison with regulatory agencies and legal partners.This role supports the strategic and operational goals of Ecoglobal Development Corp., particularly in the execution of real estate development projects, by working closely with the VP for Finance and Admin Support Services and securing necessary approvals from the President and Core Management.

Good communication and presentation skills
With work experience at least 3-5 years by profession
Licensed to practice law in the Philippines; active membership in the Philippine Bar is an advantage
Preferably with background in real estate, land use or corporate law
Strong knowledge of PD 957, RA 4726, Civil Code and tax laws
Familiarity with regulatory processes in HLURB/DHSUD, BIR, DENR, SEC
Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
Strong communication and coordination skills across teams
