Key Responsibilities:1. HR OperationsIndependently manage HR operations for a fast-scaling teamDesign and refine scalable processes to support the evolving needs of the businessServe as the main point of contact for employees on HR matters, ensuring high service delivery2. M&A Support & Talent IntegrationSupport HR due diligence and workforce mapping during acquisitionsLead integration activities such as onboarding, employee engagement, role alignment, and documentation standardizationIdentify and resolve HR challenges that arise during organizational transitions3. Talent ManagementSupport to identify key talent, critical roles, and succession risks across both business segmentsFacilitate performance and potential reviews, and support development planningHelp design and execute retention strategies, especially during acquisition transitionsMonitor workforce data to support talent decisions, mobility, and internal movement opportunities3. Workforce OptimizationAnalyze current workforce structures to identify role overlaps, underutilization, or gapsRecommend and implement changes to ensure optimal alignment between employee capabilities and business needsCollaborate with functional heads to realign roles, responsibilities, and workflows to maximize team effectiveness4. Learning & DevelopmentConduct learning needs assessments and design targeted training interventionsCoordinate external providers or in-house resources to deliver learning solutionsTrack learning outcomes and support upskilling, especially in newly acquired teams5. Change Management & Culture IntegrationSupport communication and engagement strategies during organizational transitionsReinforce values and behaviors to ensure cultural alignment post-acquisitionServe as a reliable HR touchpoint for employees navigating changeQualifications:Minimum of 7 years of end-to-end HR experience, spanning both operational delivery and strategic partnershipProven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-scaling environments with hands-on HR executionStrong analytical and data-driven mindset; able to translate workforce insights into actionable HR strategiesSelf-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes without formal authorityExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
