- Extract and consolidate data from SAP and other internal systems used in planning.
- Maintain and update recurring S&OP reports and datasets (demand, supply, inventory, backlog, capacity).
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations for planning KPIs.
- Support preparation of data and analysis for Demand Review, Supply Review, and MBR meetings.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reports and improve data consistency.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the S&OP team when needed.
- Assist and support the Supply Planner in reports related to operational efficiencies and KPI monitoring
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the team.
- Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, and similar.'
- Strong Excel skills (data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas).
- Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools.
- Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with global teams.
- Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines, travel when necessary.
- Able to modify working hours to accommodate global time zones.
- Develop mutually beneficial, respectful, and effective relationships with peers to ensure seamless coordination between departments, maximize synergy, and maintain a shared vision, strategy, and focus.
