BS in Civil Engineering or BA in Economics; Masters or Doctoral Degree in related field is an added advantage.
Experience as Sr. Transport Planner/Economist or equivalent or higher capacity in the feasibility study of preferably one (1) road/bridge project.
Experience of at least ten (10) years in consulting services of any infrastructure projects.
Preferably with experience of one (1) project in the Philippines or in similar geographical areas.
Attendance to trainings relevant to the assignment or position.
Fluent in English.
