- Become a BPO Training Guru: You will dive deep into the BPO world, attending conferences and seminars to stay ahead of industry trends and tailor training programs accordingly.
- Needs Assessment Ninja: Analyze data, conduct interviews, and utilize various tools to pinpoint skill gaps and learning needs for different functional groups.
- Content Creator Extraordinaire: Identify or develop engaging training materials, whether in-house or from third-party sources, to address identified needs.
- Master of the Delivery Stage: Captivate audiences with your in-person and online training sessions, employing diverse techniques to cater to various learning styles.
- Schedule sessions, manage equipment, and handle course enrollment, ensuring a smooth training experience.
- Data Detective: Analyze post-training reports and metrics to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform TNA training interventions to demonstrate the value of learning and development.
- Continuously research and implement new educational and training methods to keep skills-building activities fresh and effective.
- Policy Polisher: Collaborate to improve policies and procedures that streamline the delivery of training services.
- Leadership Liaison: Partner with leaders to address learning issues, troubleshoot instructional problems, and fulfill specific training needs for individuals or departments.
- Proven experience implementing training programs from entry-level to managerial positions using a structured framework.
- Expertise in measurement and evaluation, including designing and implementing assessment strategies.
- Experience with performance management, talent development interventions, and policy creation (a plus!).
- Top-notch organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A prioritization master who can adapt plans with ease.
- Communication whiz with excellent platform skills (in-person and online).
