Staff Supervision
  • Supervise, train, and motivate caf staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Assign tasks and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or escalate issues to the manager.
Customer Service
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints or feedback promptly.
  • Foster a welcoming environment for customers.

Inventory and Stock Management
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
