💼 Role: Sales Development Representative (CSR)What You'll Do:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and leads
Communicate with potential customers in a clear, confident, and engaging manner
Research prospects and gather relevant market intelligence using online tools
Identify and qualify leads for sales or business development follow-up
Accurately document interactions and outcomes in CRM systems
Collaborate with the sales team to support pipeline development and growth
Consistently meet productivity and quality targets

What We're Looking For:

Street-smart, resourceful, and quick to adapt
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls daily
Internet-savvy with strong online research skills
Highly motivated to grow into a Sales or Business Development career
Experience in a call center, telesales, or outbound environment is an advantage
Exposure to North American market is a plus
Familiarity with CRM or sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is preferred
