About this role iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced, motivated Senior HR Benefits/Compensation in our Manila, Philippines office. Key Responsibilities Include The role of the Senior HR Benefits/Compensation Specialist is responsible for assisting with the administration of all employee benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, commuter/transit, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401(k) plan and other applicable domestic and international benefits, and provide a superior employee experience. Essential Job Duties and Functions Ensure accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS (Workday) to provide benefits carriers/vendors with accurate eligibility information, when necessary, respond to carriers' inquiries and verify enrollment data details with carriers Process US and global benefits life events transactions in HRIS Assist employees regarding benefits claim issues, plan changes and COBRA enrollments Performs quality checks of benefits-related data across all internal and vendor platforms Manage leaves of absence (LOA) programs in the US and other countries. Communicate proactively regarding LOA policies, maintain accurate LOA records, meet with employees/managers/HRBPs on a regular basis, answer LOA questions, and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners/vendors Collaborate and partner with key internal departments to include payroll, HRBPs, legal, and HR compliance Assist with administering the company's retirement/pension plans in the US and globally working with plan providers and responding to employee inquiries Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general and/or compliance related inquiries Conduct payroll deduction audits including LOA catch up, FSA, HSA, 401k and all applicable benefits Distribute materials for benefits orientations, open enrollment, benefit compliance, and wellness; conduct benefits meetings and orientation Assist with the open enrollment process in collaboration with HRIS/HRIT teams to update and test Workday configuration Ensure compensation data is reliable and accurate in HRIS system Maintain the internal job descriptions library Assist with various compensation-related programs and audits Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, management, and employees to provide ad-hoc compensation support Work from the office on assigned days or other days as business needs may require Opportunity to expand responsibilities to include the compensation area of Total Rewards. This may include running reports, summary data analytics, and conducting research on compensation trends. Perform other duties and projects as assigned Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Knowledge of benefits, absence, compensation in Workday Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Suite, Teams, and other collaboration software skills Ability to learn US leaves of absence Knowledge of basic US and global benefits and compensation regulations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong English Communication skills (oral and written) Ability to work US Central or Pacific time zone hours Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment where you collaborate with multiple partners at multiple levels Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of progressive benefits experience US benefits administration experience, global experience is a plus Strong attention to detail Workday experience and Fresh Service (desired) Demonstrated ability to maintain data confidentiality Be agile with the mindset of a lifelong learner Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or equivalent 1 -2 years of compensation administration experience Certificate in benefits and/or HR administration As a part of our core values, we ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
