Assist and support calibration provider during onsite calibration.Check and Analyze Certificate of Calibration from external provider. Ensure that all calibration activities adhere to ISO 17025, AS9100 or other relevant standards.Raise purchase request for external calibrationPerform assessment on the new M&TEs for registration.Maintain calibration standards and good laboratory practices.Maintain detailed records of calibration activities for audits and compliance.Implement M&TE management as per procedure.Recommended improvements to calibration methods and equipmentCheck verification report done by Calibration Technician. Train technicians in calibration procedures and best practices.Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)Proven experience in calibration or metrologyStrong understanding of measurement principles and instrumentationFamiliarity with calibration standardsProficiency in tools such as micrometers, calipers, oscilloscope, and multimetersExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong documentation and communication abilities both internal and external.Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
