This role will support the preparation and delivery of timely and accurate financial and performance reports to investors. JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in preparing quarterly investor reports, capital account statements, and fund performance summaries. Gather and validate financial data from internal systems, portfolio companies, and third-party administrators. Support internal reporting dashboards and metrics tracking (e.g., NAV, IRR, MOIC). Ensure timely delivery of financial statements, K-1s/tax documents, and investor updates. Collaborate with accounting, legal, and investment teams to support fund operations. Maintain data accuracy in CRM systems and investor portals. Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Respond to routine investor inquiries regarding financials, performance, and capital activity. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting, investor relations, or fund administration. Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL is a plus. Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and report formatting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with sensitive financial data and maintain confidentiality.
