
Offshore Sourcing Specialist

- Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, SEEK, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles.
- Write and post engaging job advertisements, refreshing as required.
- Identify and flag top talent for speculative approaches.
- Shortlist candidates for active vacancies.
- Conduct reference checks as required.
- Book and coordinate candidate interviews with consultants and clients
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess suitability against job briefs.
- Provide candidate care for both placed candidates and those placed elsewhere.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and notes in the CRM.
- Attend internal team update sessions to understand urgent priorities.
- Prepare and update regular reports and trackers (e.g., advertising reports, sales budgets, managed accounts).
- Support with data entry, reporting, and tracking for recruitment campaigns.
- Assist with client mapping and market research to support business development activities.
- Assist in preparing agency snapshots, presentations, or reports as required.
- 5. Team Contribution & Development
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving recruitment outcomes.
- Support a positive team culture by demonstrating initiative, professionalism, and collaboration.
- Assist in creating opportunities and handling spreadsheets during Reverse Sessions.
- Send the Hot Candidates Newsletter weekly.
- Coordinate birthday & anniversary cards and gifts.
- Manage SEEK account spend vs budget.
- Complete monthly audit checks on the agency.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional, confident, and engaging phone manner.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and initiative-taking skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with multiple systems and tools.
- Experience in a recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition support role preferred
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRMs, and job boards (SEEK, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
