Purpose: This role will manage the Accounts Payables functions - NZ / MY / SG Reporting to Accounts Manager in Melbourne and assisting the retail arm of the business, you will provide Accounts Payable services for the New Zealand, Malaysia and Singapore entities. The role is responsible for:- Processing Merchandise Invoices in SAP Investigating and resolving invoices that fail 3 way match Processing Sundry (non-Merchandise) Invoices using eFlow system Reconciling Vendor Statements Addressing all internal and external Stakeholder queries Ensuring adequate audit trail is maintained for all financial transactions Ad-Hoc Duties as requested The ideal candidate will possess the following professional skills and personal characteristics:- 3 - 5 Years Accounts Payable experience Experience in the use of SAP Accounts Payable module (ideal but not necessary) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products Strong attention to detail and ability to self-assess Excellent oral and written communication Strong desire to manage and organise your time and tasks efficiently Have down to earth, adaptable, can-do attitude
