Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Lead, located in Pampanga. The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control processes, managing quality assurance systems, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and conducting quality audits. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining quality management systems, training staff on quality standards, conducting inspections, and compiling quality reports to ensure products meet regulatory standards and customer expectations. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the administration and office support industry Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards Experience with quality management systems and data analysis tools Bachelor&aposs degree in a relevant field, such as quality management or engineering Show more Show less
