The Area Manager, Sales & Retail Operations leads the key accounts management division as well as the management and operations of strategic new sales channels. These sale channels are chain stores of Ace Hardware located across Visayas and Mindanao. We have 2 job opening for this role: (Preferably base in Cebu) 1 Area Manager will handle the fourteen (14) Ace Hardware Ace Express stores inside SM Department Store across Visayas and Mindanao specifically DS Cebu, DS Seaside Cebu 2, DS Consolacion, DS Davao,DS Butuan, DS Lanang 2, DS Gensan, DS Mindpro Zamboanga, DS Roxas City, DS CDO Downtown, DS CDO, DS Puerto Princesa, DS Bacolod, DS Iloilo. 1 Area Manager will handle the eight (8) Ace Hardware Community stores (Non-SM Ace stores) in Visayas specifically SM Hypermarket Cebu, CM Danao, ICM Mactan, Sav Tacloban, SM Center Ormoc, Marbella Leisure Tagbilaran, CM Dumaguete, CM San Carlos. What You'll Do: Lead and motivate multiple store teams within your area Drive operational excellence and achieve sales targets Ensure top-notch customer service standards Monitor inventory, sales performance, and P&L Collaborate with management to implement innovative growth strategies Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and team development What We're Looking For: At least 3 years of experience in retail management Proven ability to manage multiple store locations Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets A passion for customer service and building brand loyalty Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willing to be assigned in Ace Hardware SM City Cebu- Dept Store/SM Hypermarket Cebu/ICM Mactan Work Setup: 100% onsite, Monday-Friday from 9AM - 7:30PM Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Experience: Retail or FMCG with background in Retail Industry. Background in working in retail with SM Malls, Ayala Malls, Supermarkets, SM Dept Stores, Robinsons. Education: Degree in Business/Marketing/Sales or relevant discipline with at least 3-4 years prior work experience in MNC,FMCG and Retail Other Essential Must haves: Excellent oral and written communications in the English language Solid analytical, communication and negotiation skills Highly knowledgeable in MS office application and P&L management Strong Negotiation Skills Possess Winning Attitude in handling internal and external customers.
