The facilities engineer is to be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of our facilities. You will be responsible for assessing the facility's resource requirements, designing, and optimizing the facility's layout and critical operational systems, and overseeing the maintenance of infrastructure and equipment. Duties and Responsibilities Designing and overseeing the implementation of facility expansion, layout, various systems, and quality controls Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition to achieve customer satisfaction and operating cost efficiencies. Conducts regular inspection of all equipment and facilities. Implement preventive maintenance and undertake corrective maintenance. Preparing reports and compliance documentation Involved in preparation and delivery of presentation and technical briefings, testing, verification and validation processes as well as scheduling and as-built documentation. Education and Training Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering Valid training certificate for COSH/BOSH Property Management training certificate Knowledge and Experience At least 4-5 years experience in related field Experience with AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office. Knowledge of the building process and construction principles Knowledge of relevant regulation and building codes Handling manpower for security, housekeeping, and technicians Skills and Abilities Good verbal and written communication skills Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Project management skills
