Role Description The Multimedia Designer Intern assists in creating video productions that align with the OLFU brand. He or she captures high resolution video and photographs, on-site or off-site, by managing all technical aspects of recording, photography, and editing. The person exercises discernment in curating or selecting existing video footage and photographs; incorporating these into the editing process during production. The position also works with a team in live event or virtual event productions, be it in terms of photo/video documentation, lights & sound supervision, graphics creation, streaming, or another form of production assistance. When needed for marketing-initiated activities, he/she will have the ability to stream events using applications such as Zoom, YouTube, Facebook, OBS, VMix, and more. When called upon, he/she also creates static infographics, advertisements, computer graphics/animation. The position is a full-time on-site Multimedia Designer Internship role located in Valenzuela City, Philippines. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Operates video cameras, on location or in the studio, in the production of professional pre-recorded programming. Designs, transports, sets up, and operates production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions. Edits captured videos and photographs into a final audio-visual presentation. Efficiently maintains the library of raw files of video footage, as well as the team's video projects and their versions thereof. When needed, do graphic design and photography jobs. Completes trouble and preventive maintenance reports on video and audio production equipment; assists in repair and upkeep of studio and production sets and properties. Maintains equipment inventory and field and studio production schedules. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the superior. Qualifications: Experience in creating video materials with skills in videography, video editing, photography, computer graphics, and graphic design Ability to take and comprehend creative direction, executing it through video shoots, editing, graphics creation, musical scoring, and final production Capable of assisting the team in live and virtual event production, including lights & sound setup, video equipment installation and supervision, and live streaming via OBS and/or VMix Intermediate to expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut, Zoom (or other virtual meeting platforms), videography, and video editing Intermediate proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Google Meet, MS Word, and OBS/VMix streaming platforms Show more Show less
