- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern state management tools.
- Proficiency with Node.js, Express.js, and API development best practices.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, database schema design, and ORM frameworks (Drizzle ORM a plus).
- Experience with authentication, session management, and secure application design.
- Proven track record integrating third-party APIs/services (e.g., Stripe, SendGrid, OpenAI).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud/serverless environments, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architectural decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior engineers.
- Oversee system design and enforce type-safe, scalable, and maintainable code practices.
- Implement RESTful APIs, manage session-based authentication, and ensure secure data flow between services.
- Guide database design and schema migrations using PostgreSQL (Neon) with Drizzle ORM/Kit.
- Build and optimize features such as AI-powered business valuation analysis, PDF report generation, and integrated lead/team management tools.
- Integrate and maintain external services: Stripe (payments), SendGrid (emails), OpenAI API (AI analysis).
- Drive frontend excellence with React Hook Form, TanStack Query, Wouter routing, and MUI-based dashboards styled with a modern blue/glassmorphism design.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce testing and CI/CD standards.
