We are hiring a Case Manager based in the Philippines to support our advisers, paraplanners, and clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real responsibility and genuine impact.What You Will Do:
Support financial advisers with client preparation, documentation, and follow-up
Support Senior Case Manager ( for Junior Case Manager )
Senior Case Manager will work closely with their own Junior Case Manager
Preparing research in relation to Statements of Advice, annual reviews, and strategy papers
Track advice implementation from start to finish
Keep files compliant and systems updated
Coordinate with product providers to resolve pending applicationsWe Will Measure Success By:
Data accuracy of 90% or higher
Implementation completed within agreed timeframes
Positive feedback from advisers, Directors, and clients
All compliance and regulatory deadlines metYou Are Perfect For This If You:
Have experience in financial planning administration
Are confident speaking with clients and tea mbers

Junior - PHP 45,000 - 50,000 per month
Senior - PHP 70,00 - 75,000 per month
