Job DescriptionQuality Assurance Manager - Senior ManagerThe QA Manager - Senior Manager will lead the RQR (Risk and Quality Review) program and bring the necessary technical audit expertise to achieve program targets. The role requires strong business acumen, contributing to strategic planning and project implementation.Reporting Structure:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, define, develop, and manage all phases of quality assurance, including operational effectiveness checks, audit objectives, and coordination with functional management personnel.
  • Oversee and manage the quality assurance function, including operational checks, compliance reviews, investigations, special requests, process reviews, and monthly follow-ups. Ensure high-quality results and satisfaction for customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the timely and budget-efficient delivery of engagements.
  • Review the design and suitability of quality assurance policies and protocols.
  • Conduct audit testing in specified areas, identifying reportable issues and risk dimensions.
  • Engage with management personnel to evaluate the effectiveness of the current quality assurance process and controls.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's policies, procedures, and global audit standards.
  • Communicate findings verbally to management and draft comprehensive reports for audit areas.
  • Follow up on QA recommendations, ensuring effective and timely implementation.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualification Requirements:Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Certifications:
  • CPA required
  • CIA or other certifications are an advantage
Work Experience/Technical Skills:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in external and internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role or 1 year as a manager.
  • Strong understanding of audit concepts and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrates self-motivation and a commitment to personal growth and development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
  • Experience in audit, analysis, and people management.
  • Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Skilled in leading teams, mentoring, and providing direction to senior and staff members.
  • Advanced coaching, mentoring, and management skills.
