- Identify, define, develop, and manage all phases of quality assurance, including operational effectiveness checks, audit objectives, and coordination with functional management personnel.
- Oversee and manage the quality assurance function, including operational checks, compliance reviews, investigations, special requests, process reviews, and monthly follow-ups. Ensure high-quality results and satisfaction for customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and budget-efficient delivery of engagements.
- Review the design and suitability of quality assurance policies and protocols.
- Conduct audit testing in specified areas, identifying reportable issues and risk dimensions.
- Engage with management personnel to evaluate the effectiveness of the current quality assurance process and controls.
- Ensure compliance with the company's policies, procedures, and global audit standards.
- Communicate findings verbally to management and draft comprehensive reports for audit areas.
- Follow up on QA recommendations, ensuring effective and timely implementation.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- CPA required
- CIA or other certifications are an advantage
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in external and internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role or 1 year as a manager.
- Strong understanding of audit concepts and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrates self-motivation and a commitment to personal growth and development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
- Experience in audit, analysis, and people management.
- Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Skilled in leading teams, mentoring, and providing direction to senior and staff members.
