Job Description:We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensuring the smooth functioning of various HR activities.Responsibilities:
  • Maintain employee records (both physical and digital) accurately and confidentially
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and assist in the onboarding process
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary HR-related information
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of data
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
  • Stay updated on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
