Define the data science roadmap, lead end-to-end analytics projects, and align initiatives with business and financial goals.
Collect, clean, and analyze complex financial data to develop and evaluate machine learning models for forecasting, risk, fraud, and segmentation.
Translate analytical findings into clear business strategies; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models meet operational objectives.
Streamline data pipelines and deployment workflows to boost efficiency, scalability, and performance across systems.
Drive innovation by exploring emerging tech and algorithms, creating visualizations, and communicating insights to stakeholders at all levels.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or technology-related field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or Business Administration
Familiarity with banking operations (Marketing, Credit, Portfolio, Fraud, AML) and hands-on experience with open-source data tools (Hive, Presto, Airflow) and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams and functions
Demonstrated expertise in banking operations (e.g., Marketing, Credit, Portfolio, Fraud, AML), proficiency in open-source data tools (Hive, Presto, Airflow), cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS), and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong communication skills across cross-functional teams
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to structure complex issues and deliver insightful, timely solutions
