The Organizational Development Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing people and organizational strategies that strengthen SHG's culture, improve employee engagement, drive leadership effectiveness, and support the company's rapid growth. This role partners closely with HR, business leaders, and training functions to create scalable systems and programs that align talent with business goals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Design, lead, and execute organizational development strategies focused on culture-building, performance management, and leadership development. Develop and roll out employee engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and action planning based on engagement results. Create and oversee succession planning, career pathing, and talent development frameworks for all levels. Facilitate change management efforts for organizational transitions, ensuring smooth implementation and buy-in. Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with internal teams to deliver relevant learning programs. Lead competency modeling, role profiling, and workforce planning initiatives. Utilize data, metrics, and organizational diagnostics to recommend interventions and improvements. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting strategic planning and team effectiveness. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred). At least 6+ years of experience in Organizational Development or a related HR discipline. Proven experience in designing and implementing OD frameworks, leadership programs, and change initiatives. Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with psychometric tools, employee surveys, and culture assessments is a plus. Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site, or hospitality/retail setting is an advantage. Show more Show less
