The Retail Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the stores day-to-day operations. The role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the manager if necessary.

Sales & Transactions:

Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policies.

Store Maintenance:

Keep the store clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
Organize and restock shelves, displays, and storage areas.
Assist in setting up promotional displays and signage.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the manager.
Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries, and inventory counts.

Team Support:

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Follow instructions from supervisors regarding daily tasks and priorities.

Compliance:

Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Maintain awareness of loss prevention and security procedures.
