- Inventory Record Accuracy
- Ensure 100% Inventory Record accuracy by seamless recording and monitoring of transaction in both SAP and Subsystem. Performs cycle counts and partipate in Van inventory route setlement.
- Product Quality Sustainability
- Monitoring of Bettle Count Index (BCI), Safety Risk Index, Temperature and Relative humidity and Fe-Fo compliance
- Asset Management
- Support BWIC compliance to asset maintenance management to prolong assets useablity. Report condition of damaged and/or asset for disposal
- Record Managemen
- Ensure documents and records is filed in accordance to company standards.
- Other
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request
- Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehousing in a sales and distribution environment of a FMCG industry.
- Able to speak and write English well and must be computer literate.
- SAP knowledge would be advantageous
- Functional skills:
- Basic understanding in Inventory Management
- Knowledge in SAP (STO and Migo processing)
- Verbal & Written communication skills
- Analytical and logical skills
