Position OverviewAre you ready to take the lead in scaling a fast-growing e-commerce business? Our client, a leading e-commerce company is currently seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead the expansion of its TikTok/Shopee e-commerce team. The HR Supervisor will be fully responsible for HR management, including recruitment, compensation, workforce planning, and organizational development, with a focus on supporting the scaling of TikTok e-commerce operations in the Philippines.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies, focusing on key e-commerce roles such as Live Streaming Manager, KOL Manager, Content Operations Manager, and TikTok Manager.
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Design and implement HR policies and processes in compliance with local regulations and company culture.
- Support the establishment and expansion of the Manila office, including team building and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with management to drive workforce planning and organizational development.Qualifications:

Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of comprehensive HR experience, covering recruitment, compensation, HR operations, etc.
- Background in the e-commerce industry, with experience recruiting for TikTok, Shopee, or similar platform roles (e.g., TikTok Live Operations, KOL Management, Content Operations, Hosts).Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing HR and administrative teams.
- Prior experience as a headhunter or HRBP in the e-commerce/TikTok industry is highly preferred.
