Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Metro Manila. As a Human Resources Intern, you will support HR functions including assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee benefits, assisting with personnel management tasks, and supporting overall HR management processes. You will work closely with the HR team to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the efficient operation of the department. Qualifications Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices Familiarity with HR management frameworks, including HR Policies and Employee Benefits Fresher & Experience with Personnel Management or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and HR tools is an advantage Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
