About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Client Services Manager (CSM) to serve as the primary liaison for our key clients. In this client-facing role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end relationship, ensuring consistent and exceptional service delivery while balancing client needs with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings a passion for relationship management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support client success and retention. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a positive and consistent client experience. Manage client accounts, oversee ongoing initiatives, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Advise clients on strategic use of company services and develop tailored short- and long-term retention strategies. Lead communication across internal teams and clients to ensure efficient, timely responses and project execution. Represent the "voice of the client" in internal planning, helping shape solutions that meet their business goals. Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and service delivery models based on client feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. Coordinate and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while ensuring alignment with company policies and mission. Ensure communications adhere to regulatory standards and company guidelines. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and potential impacts to client operations. Proactively anticipate and address potential issues that may impact deliverables or client satisfaction. Develop scalable, repeatable tools and processes to improve efficiency and consistency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience in financial services or a similar industry. Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to engage across all organizational levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook), including Microsoft Project or similar tools. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated competencies in ethics, time management, communication, and technical aptitude. Physical & Work Requirements: Primarily sedentary role involving prolonged periods of sitting and computer work. Must be able to hear, speak, and use vision to perform essential job functions.
