Duties and ResponsibilitiesRequired Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year in HR Support Role.

Preferred Education and Experience

Experience at ResultsCX or BPO industry.
Some college coursework completed in Business or Human Resources disciplines.
Experience working in a Contact Center Environment.
Experience providing administrative and general HR support

Company OverviewThe Associate HR Specialist provides end-user assistance with a friendly, helpful approach, answering questions, providing information, and escalating more complex inquiries to the appropriate resource for resolution. The Associate HR Specialist will support the resolution of entry-level complexity incident management.The ResultsCX Associate HR Specialist will be supporting all ResultsCX employees globally using a variety of resources and tools including, but not limited to the HRIS, ResultsCX Policies & Procedures, Employee Handbooks, Subject Matter Experts in HR and other departments, Government publications and other legally binding documents.In addition to assisting customers, HR Specialists may also perform clerical support tasks such as filing and organizing documents, coordinating with staff, and maintaining records in adherence to the company's policies and regulations.
