The Salary Loan Channel Manager is principally responsible in ensuring optimum productivity of the sales channels and its respective sellers in cross-selling and acquisition of Salary Loans. This function also includes developing strategic sales plans, techniques, efficiencies, and incentive program that expands the customer base and ensures that the products handled maintains a strong presence to the partner channels and to the industry. Responsibilities Manages various channels/ area and ensures that they have contributions in the production of the products offered under the Unsecured Lending and Cards Communicates and interact with channel partners, officers (AM to VP level) and staff for a stronger partnership and collaboration Manages the multiple sales cycle including initial contact, identification of client needs, presentations, negotiation, underwriting and implementation Grows the business of Personal Loans Portfolio by at least +20% YOY (New Customers, Loan Volume), or depending on business requirement Qualifications Graduate of a Bachelor&aposs Degree At least 2 to 4 years of experience in Personal Loans product management and product development Knowledge on sales processes, credit policies, systems, operations, audit and compliance to support daily activities Skills on campaign and channel management Show more Show less
