If you are a person with a relentless drive to succeed, a strong focus on quality with a passion for success – join us today!UCT is looking for a talented Lead Data Analyst to join us in Philippines!The Lead Data Analyst designs and maintains scalable Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights across supply chain, planning, procurement, and finance. This role ensures data integrity through robust ETL processes and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align data sources and business needs. By automating reports and enhancing usability, the analyst drives efficiency, supports cost and margin analysis, and empowers stakeholders with intuitive, self-service tools that improve decision-making and operational performance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders across supply chain, planning, procurement, and finance.

Partner with supply chain analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, intuitive visualizations and data models.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by managing ETL processes, DAX formulas, and Power Query transformations.
Create automated reports and self-service data tools to reduce manual reporting burdens.
Support material cost, PPV, margin, and MOQ reporting with clear, filterable views down to the customer-product level.
Collaborate with IT and master data teams to ensure alignment between data sources (ERP, MRP, costing systems) and BI platforms.
Continuously improve dashboard performance, usability, and stakeholder adoption.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
Solid understanding of supply chain data—such as BOMs, inventory, purchasing, PPV, MOQ, and cost drivers.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), and data integration tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment is a plus.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in Power BI, SAP, or related tools are a plus, but proficiency is a must.

Experience Requirement:

3+ years of experience in data analysis and report generation, preferably within a supply chain, procurement, or financial context.
Proficiency in SAP, VM systems, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner.
