Role : Sr. IAM Analyst Active 1 Location : BGC, Taguig City /Hybrid / Remote Shift : Midnight Job Description : RESPONSIBILITIES : Act as point of escalation for IAM system user identity and access support issues Advise superiors on technical security controls effectivements and recommends enhancements Document and implement new sytem integration connectors between the IAM tools (e.g. IDP, PAM), application, databases, and directories to further automate Identity Management services Coordinate, schedule, and implement application integration (with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors) with standard identity tools and/or remediation activities Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements to facilitate IAM solution analysis, integration, and implementation Document technical use cases and development of storyboards as required Document and maintain Identity Management test strategy, plans and cases Lead solution testing from Devekopment to Staging; facilitate technical readiness for Production deployment Provide support of maintenance and operations to the IAM toolsets Provide IAM knowledge transfer and technical support to Service Desk & Operations Support teams. QUALIFICATIONS : Must be fluent in English Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting IT security techonology solutions and/or services environment Experience and expertise in approving IAM processes within an organization including, Identity Governance, Access Management, Identity Management, Access Certification Experience in providing large-scale technology support services Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, vendors, and team members Team player and ability to collaborate with extended teams across IT and various business functions Professionalism: acts and behaves in a professional manner EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE : Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting IT security technology solutions and/or services in a complex IT environment 2+ years Identity Management experience (required) with cloud (SAAS, PAAS) (preferred) SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES : Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other security certification preferred Enterprise Directory Architechure and Design, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Identify Governance and Administration and Privileged Access Management Single sign on Directory federation, SAML, OAuth, and Multifavtor authentication (required) with knowledge in Okta IAM tools (preferred) IAM concepts such as Least Privilege, Privileged Access, Roles and Data mining, Segregation of Duty (SOD) and Role Based Access Control (RBAC) Experience in participating in large scale technology implementation projects Experience in providing wide scale technology support services Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships with client, vendors and team members Team player and ability to collaborate with extended teams across IT and various business functions Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills and a string customer service commitment Ability to investigate and solve non-routine problems Ability to perform at a high level of effectiveness in a fast paced environment, managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously Proactively contribute to increasing the team efficiency by sharing knowledge, providing feedbakck about best practices, writing tools/utilities Professionalism: acts and behaves in a professional manner
