Performance Monitoring
  • Track and analyze key account metrics (e.g., client satisfaction, revenue targets).
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports to clients and company stakeholders.
Problem Solving
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner.
  • Proactively address potential issues to prevent disruptions to client relationships.
